Return Policy
Every PrintMyFit item is made on demand, so our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and practical for custom printed apparel.
Made-to-order items
PrintMyFit products are produced after an order is placed. Because each item is made specifically for the selected product, color, size, and uploaded or selected design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or product style
- Changing your mind after the order has entered production
- Design placement, artwork, or image quality issues caused by the file uploaded or selected by the customer
- Personal preference about fit, fabric feel, or color differences caused by screen display settings
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, print area, packaging, and shipping label when relevant
Return eligibility
When a return is approved by our team, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a PrintMyFit error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return or issue claim is reviewed, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
